Pensador is a range of artisanal mezcals from Miahuatlán; a remote region of southern Oaxaca approached by La Calle Pensamientos – the road of thoughts. The brand champions the place, process, and people of this region. Together they form the local mezcal culture responsible for the nuance and complexity of these spirits. A commitment to sustainability and the local economy ensures the continuity of this culture: 10% of all proceeds are donated to community projects in the region. Our mezcals are produced in tiny batches with great care, drinkers are encouraged to put the same time and consideration into each sip.
