PA1 comes from Felipe and Ageo Cortes - a father son team who distil in a refrescador still, meaning 1 shot distillation in a water cooled alembic. Their Tepextate is an umami bomb with notes of green pepper, fresh corriander, Jalepeno and seaweed. A clean and fresh palate with a long and constantly evolving finish. It's a phenomenal spirit, one to expand your understanding of what a mezcal can be.
